In your role as SN COMAN QFS Intern, being part of the Quality & Food Safety team, your key responsibilities are:

• Develop a solid understanding of the end‑to‑end complaints management process.
• Track and monitor consumer and customer complaints throughout their lifecycle.
• Follow up with co‑manufacturers to verify investigation progress and gather required information.
• Document the complaint investigation findings.
• Update the online Quality and Food Safety complaints platform with investigation status and progress.
• Support the team with additional ad‑hoc tasks as needed.

• Enrolled as a Master's or Bachelor's student for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in May for a minimum of 5-6 months, 4-5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work from our Zoetermeer office at least 2 days per week.
