In this internship, you will be part of the Global Supply Chain SNU team, within our Specialized Nutrition business. Our purpose is to deliver a seamless customer experience through efficient planning, stock management, and operational excellence. During this internship, you will collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Planning, and Market teams and coordinate/support on customer complaint prevention, stock planning and replenishment activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Monitoring customer complaints, identifying root causes, and supporting preventive actions to improve customer experience.
• Supporting stock planning and replenishment activities for multiple countries to ensure product availability and efficient inventory management.
• Analyzing supply chain data and creating reports and dashboards to support operational and planning decisions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders on continuous improvement initiatives and day-to-day supply chain operations.

As a Supply Chain Intern, supporting end-to-end supply chain processes and driving operational excellence will be second nature to you. On top of that, you’re a proactive and data-driven problem-solver who’s always looking for opportunities to learn, take ownership, and develop.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, Business, or a related field for the entire duration of the internship.
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must have a valid Dutch residency permit.
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone.
• Available to start in November for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Able to work from our Zoetermeer/Hoofddorp office at least 2 days per week.
