ABOUT THE JOB

 

We are seeking an experienced and agile Brand Manager to drive sustainable growth across the Aptamil portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager, this role will be responsible for delivering brand activation excellence, leading key innovation and renovation projects, driving consumer engagement initiatives and partnering cross-functionally to unlock growth opportunities. The successful candidate will combine strong marketing execution capabilities with commercial acumen, analytical thinking and outstanding stakeholder management skills.

 

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  • Brand Strategy & Execution – Support the development and execution of Aptamil brand strategy, positioning and communication plans, ensuring alignment with consumer needs, category opportunities and business objectives.
  • Integrated Campaign Management – Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns with our agency village across creative, digital, media, influencer, retail and CRM channels, partnering with agency teams to deliver exceptional consumer experiences and growth outcomes.
  • Innovation & Renovation Project Leadership – Lead cross-functional innovation and renovation projects from concept through launch.
  • Portfolio Performance & Insights – Monitor brand, category and campaign performance, leveraging consumer, market and competitive insights to identify opportunities and make recommendations to accelerate growth.
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management – Build strong partnerships across Sales, Medical, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and regional teams, while effectively managing agencies to deliver integrated and impactful marketing programs.
  • Budget & Marketing Operations – Support management of the marketing budget, forecasting processes, vendor set-up, purchase orders, governance approvals and campaign administration to ensure efficient execution of brand plans.

 

About you

You have prior experience working in Marketing within the FMCG or Healthcare industry. You possess natural leadership with the ability to foster strong relationships, influence teams as well as coach and mentor a high performing team. You balance creativity with an analytical and commercial mindset and have the agility and ability to work through high levels of ambiguity and complexity.

 

Ideally you will have:

  • Strong marketing experience (preferably FMCG), with 2 plus year in a Brand Manager role.  
  • Proven track record of leading brand execution and key initiatives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Proven track record of successful project leadership/management and stakeholder management
  • Experience working with media & creative agencies in the delivery of multi-channel communication campaigns. 
  • Extensive experience working within an NPD Stage Gate process, from ideation to execution. 
  • Experience with and full understanding of P&L  
  • Experience using research and data for meaningful inputs to strategy or to drive key business decisions 
  • Previous exposure to retailer presentations and engagement ideal but not mandatory
