Today, with the advancement of the HR/Learning technology world, Danone has announced the ambition of Dan’Skills program to transform into a Learning Organization, where we will be transforming & pushing further our Digital Learning ecosystem to the next level.

 

You will lead the UX and Adaptation aspect of this strategic project, driving innovation in our Digital Learning ecosystem. Your role is crucial in building the global User Experience of our global digital learning platform (Campus X), from content management of the Danone academy to end user learning journeys to Learning assignment to reporting analytic usage.

You will report to the HR Digitalization Global Learning Manager, as the UX and Adaptation lead where you will support the restructuring of our digital learning platform, redefine content management processes, and develop new methods for using digital learning content.

You will be joining a team of pioneers of HR digitalization & data experts, global & local, Learning & Tech, to construct the next generation learning systems powered by Skills. And will work hand in had with the HR IT and the Danone Learning Academy.

 

We are looking for a Digital Learning UX & Adoption Lead to join our HR Digitalization team. 

This CDI will take place in Paris, in our Global HQ

In this position, you will report to Chameli, our Learning Digital Manager.

 

Your main responsibilities will focus on:

 

User Experience (UX):

  • Key Point of UX for Campus X: Collaborate with Danone Academy and HR IT teams to oversee content creation, curation, and management processes for each CBU and function.
  • Support End User Experience Journey: Enhance the user experience on Campus X, focusing on homepage design, search functionality, AI help tools, learning paths, and skill mapping.
  • Content Tagging Policy: Support to Develop and implement a content tagging policy to optimize search functions using skills, keywords, functions, and CBU-specific tags.
  • New Methods/Protocols for Digital Learning Content: Innovate and support the development of new methods and protocols for utilizing digital learning content effectively.

Adoption (for Learning Managers):

  • Assignment Protocol for Learning Managers: Build and maintain assignment protocols for learning managers, ensuring alignment with annual social reporting requirements.
  • Lead Change Management Processes: Lead the implementation of new processes, ensuring comprehensive change management across the global and local learning teams.
  • Linking HR Cycle with Learning: Support the integration of HR cycles with learning initiatives to ensure cohesive and effective learning strategies.
  • Run Change Management Campaigns: Execute change management campaigns across all CBUs and functions, working closely with local learning managers.

Adoption (for Learners):

  • Support Content Pathways and Learning Pages design: Advice Learning Managers in designing the UX of a learning pages. Advice and support functions or academies in building the UX of specific content pathways and dedicated learning pages such as AI or sustainability.
  • Internal Communication Plans and Training: Build and run the rebranding campaign throughout the organisation during the launch of the new Refined learning platform. Develop and implement internal communication plans and training programs to help users understand and navigate the new Campus X platform. Build regular engagement campaigns to create a habit of Continuous learning in the organisation with, newsletters, notifications, learning events etc.
  • Support Campus X Projects:

Assist in building and deploying special Campus X projects such as digital learning for Front Line Developers (FLDs), and onboard local teams to ensure alignment and adoption.

About you

The criteria below remain indicative. A candidate who has a different combination of experience and skills could also be considered.  

Basic Qualifications/competencies:

  • Fluency in English
  • Strong expertise in UX & Change Management (Product adoption) ideally linked to Learning management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to document and present information in a concise and business-oriented manner.
  • Strong digital skills and knowledge with a curiosity and open to evolving/emerging technologies
  • Ability to lead by influence and interact with a variety of different correspondents (in operating entities, Learning management teams, and with technical teams) in a multi-cultural context.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Ability to operate and work autonomously as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to run creative internal communication campaignsAgility, entrepreneurship, curiosity, autonomy, proactivity, positive attitude, sharing and collaborative mindset.

Desired Qualifications

  • Ability to understand business-driven needs and their link to designing the UX/UI
  • Strong understanding of digital learning systems and technologies.
  • Experience in the education or corporate training sector.
  • Innovative and agile mindset, data driven and solution oriented, ability to challenge a project team/scope in a constructive way
  • Mastery of the Office 365 suite with a focus on Excel.
  • Deep knowledge of social networks, its usages, countries specificities, ....
  • Strong interest in learning and cognitive sciences.
  • Love to learn new things, you will need it!
