About the job

• Processing to create a customer order in SAP system by checking stock availability and product pricing.
• Processing to book a slot for delivery to the customer.
• Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure customer orders are placed, processed, shipped and delivered to customers on time & in full.
• Work closely with the customer DC and transport to manage the return issue.
• Coordinate with transportation to help with the issue of delivery and DC receiving process.
• Coordinate with the customer RPM to inform and receive information about the issue. And find a solution with RPM team.
• Manage the shortage item to reduce the risk of penalty charges.
• Reporting service level and the reason for shortage to both internal and external.
• Collaborate with Demand & Supply Planning about stock availability.
• Support in the implementation of projects to drive process improvement.
• Transfer UHT Plant to the Plant Center.
• Share the shelf-life information of UHT products with the team.
• Coordinate with the team regarding the Phase in and Phase out of products (New SAP code) and update the master data in SAP.
• Any other duty assigned by the Supervisor or Manager when necessary to make the business run effectively and efficiently.

About you

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain or related field.
• At least 1-3 years of work experience in Supply Chain or Customer Service or Logistics.
• Experience in an ordering system, SAP & VMI will be a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Service-minded and customer-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work well under pressure.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize activities.
