PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

• Responsible for supporting admin tasks within Healthcare Nutrition Department including advance & payment/claims and incentives for HN Solutions team.
• Support in HN customer database management, analyzing the data and logistic support to HN team.
• Make monthly report and support relevant project management
• Assist Healthcare Nutrition (HN) team on admin tasks including copy/print document, budget advance, payment claims and logistic supports (inventory control).
• Support on inventory management and delivery of premium & communication material to HN team.
• Support on HN Project management and conduct other tasks as assigned by management.

CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background & Leadership

Education: 

• Possess a recognized degree or equivalent preferably in Marketing, Nutrition or dietetics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Khmer language
• Well versed with current issue related to infant nutrition and food science
• Able to drive a motor/car and possess a valid driving license
• Computer Literacy

Experience

• Fresh Graduate or have working experience in medical/ Healthcare Nutrition or relevant field would be an advantage

Requirement Personal Attribute:

• Good English communication and computer literate (MS Office)
• Good commitment, can work under pressure & ambition to grow
• Be a team player, honest and patient
