You will be a part of a large international team responsible for Talent Acquisition for Danone in the Netherlands, and within this you will be part of the smaller team of 5, Campus Recruitment and Employer Branding team. Your focus will be on the recruitment and engagement of interns where you will have a lot of ownership and responsibility.

 

 

 

So, what will your main responsibilities be? 

 

  • Managing multiple intern recruitment processes from beginning to end (job intake with the hiring manager, writing engaging & appealing job ads, screening CV’s and managing the communication between candidates and future line managers); 
  • Being the main contact person for the newly hired interns (providing them with guidance, onboarding information etc.); 
  • Co-own with the other campus recruitment intern the Intern Engagement Calendar, managing monthly community building activities (such as lunches and workshops) and creating new concepts to help interns get to know each other and Danone; 
  • Promote Danone at universities by connecting with relevant course leaders to advertise roles and attending/hosting relevant events to meet with students; 
  • Contribute to different employer branding initiatives, like creating content, making vacancy video’s and our social media careers page.

 

On top of this, you will also have the possibility to get involved in different projects in recruitment, intern engagement and employer branding according to your development needs and passion as well as a chance to connect with other HR departments.  

About you

You are a Bachelor/Master student in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or a related field. You are highly motivated, proactive and like to challenge yourself and try new things. You are able to bring structure and organize yourself in order to manage many different projects and vacancies at the same time. You enjoy interacting with multiple stakeholders.

 

There are also some compulsory requirements:

  • Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period;
  • You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);
  • Ideally available to start in July 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4 or 5 days per week;
  • You are fluent in English - spoken and written; Dutch is considered as a big plus;
  • You are able to work from our Hoofddorp, Rijswijk and Utrecht office (different location each week), at least 2 days per week.
