You will be part of the Knowledge & Fundamentals dynamic team, working alongside experienced R&D professionals and help them to enhance visualizing content across various platforms and documents. Furthermore, you will collaborate with a variety of external and internal stakeholders that will help you in creating user-centric content.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Develop consistent visual identity and create visually compelling content for company documents, such as PowerPoint, Word and SharePoint sites.
• Create user-centric and easy-to-use templates that align with the company's branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to understand their needs and ensure the templates are functional, visually appealing, and on-brand.
• Assist in the design layout of presentations, reports, and other documents.
• Ensure all templates are accessible across different devices.
• Provide support in training staff on how to use new templates effectively.

• You are currently enrolled as a Master student pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Product Design, Industrial Design or a related field;
• You are skilled in using PowerPoint, Canva, SharePoint
• You have an eye for design and aesthetics
• Excellent communication skills and like to be in touch with multiple stakeholders
• You can work autonomously as well as being a valuable member of the team
• Detail orientated and organized

As a Design & Visual Identity intern, generating visuals that tell an impactful story will be second nature to you. You can create user-centric content and have an artistic eye. On top of that? You’re a proactive creative thinker who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and develop.

There are also some compulsory requirements:

• Enrolled as a Masters student during the whole internship period;

• You are a resident of the Netherlands and hold a valid BSN number (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to have a valid Dutch residency permit);

• Ideally available to start in May/June 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week;

• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Utrecht office, at least 2 days per week.
