As a Process Shift Leader, you’ll be at the center of our operations, guiding your shift team to deliver planned production volumes while meeting all SQCDMN requirements. You’ll be responsible for driving day‑to‑day performance across the Processing Area, ensuring strong results in Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery.
About you
Main Responsibilities:
- Enhance safety awareness and ensure implementation of Danone’s 13 WISE elements
- Enforce safety procedures, investigate incidents, deliver weekly safety sessions, and drive daily safety action plans
- Ensure full compliance with Food Safety, GMP, AIB, and HACCP standards while monitoring quality parameters, resolving non‑conformities, and leading product quality investigations
- Validate incoming material quality and collaborate with suppliers and the Material Quality Manager on corrective actions and preventive plans
- Develop and implement Food Safety Planned Maintenance Programs to prevent product non‑conformities
- Reduce milk, raw material, and finished goods losses through consistent monitoring, analysis, and root‑cause resolution, including fat and protein balance analysis
- Control utility consumption (power and chemicals) and manage team overtime based on factory utilization
- Execute and adjust the weekly production plan, manage daily direction‑setting processes, track downtime, and resolve production issues such as material shortages and equipment malfunctions
- Improve operational and utilization efficiency for key processing equipment (Pre‑Pasto, Pasto, Sterilizer)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Science or a similar degree
- A minimum of 3 years of hands‑on experience in a similar role, preferably dairy manufacturing
- Strong analytical skills
