Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Product Manager" position. This role will be directly reporting to Head of Marketing Pediatrics Nutrition. This is a unique experience in Allergy.
Building-up short- & long-term category marketing strategy and preparing marketing plans with communication strategy in allergy business
Responsible for flawless execution and tracking of portfolio strategies
Managing the category budget & driving excellent execution of the marketing plans
Coordinate the market research activities to ensure a clear understanding of the consumer insights for the category and drivers of the brands' performance.
Gathering and interpreting accurately the customer segmentation, market analyses, SWOT, competitor analyses, other developments within the sector
Ensure product sales forecast monthly by analyzing and report continuous intelligence on the product's performance, customer insights, potential negative issues, and opportunities
Being an active member of the brand team including such as medical sales department, consumer department, sales department, regulatory department, and market access functions ensuring that the brand strategy and plans are effectively developed and implemented
Creates inspiring informative briefings for 3rd parties
Building and maintaining relations with opinion leaders, and associations as the representative of the brand
Work closely with the medical sales force, cascade the strategies to the sales to ensure the achievement of category commitments
Conducting routine field visit with the medical sales force to better understand the market drivers and dynamics
Enhancing the company image through close contacts with internal and external stakeholders
Coach and develop junior product managers according to developments areas aligned with Danone competency
Capable of understanding complex category / marketplace and successfully managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
Envisions the big picture and can breakdown projects into implemental phase, business priorities and considerations
Comfortable in a performance driven business model and VUCA environment
Be a creative & strategic thinker
Demonstrated effective leadership competencies, including leadership in project management
Deliver strong results, credibly
Be open to new types of expertise & be flexible
Have will power to overcome barriers with Can do attitude
Have strong analytical skills and discover actionable insights via finding patterns in data
Minimum Requirements
University degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or related areas
3-5 years' experience in product management, marketing at OTC/FMCG or Pharmaceutical industry
Excellence Turkish and English communication skills, both written and verbal
Willingness to travel minimum 20% of time
