At Danone, we believe that people are at the heart of everything we do. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Expert to join a dynamic, international environment. In this role, you will act as an advisor to business leaders and play a key part in shaping hiring strategies that support long-term organizational growth. 

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to identify talent needs, build strong pipelines, and deliver an exceptional recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate them into effective recruitment strategies.
  • Provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process, acting as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, and best hiring practices.
  • Design and execute sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of high-quality candidates for specialized roles.
  • Ensure a smooth, professional, and engaging experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders across the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Utilize data, recruitment metrics, and market insights to continuously optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes while maintaining a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and consistency.
  • Represent the organization externally and strengthen the employer brand within the talent market.

About you

Requirements:
  • Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a large, international, or matrix organization.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Strong skills in interviewing, stakeholder management, negotiation, and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to recruit for specialized or hard-to-fill roles.
  • Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, social platforms, referrals, and other talent sourcing tools.
  • Experience using recruitment analytics and data-driven insights to inform hiring decisions and improve processes.
  • A collaborative, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-changing environment and builds strong partnerships with stakeholders.
