YOUR responsibilities as a Sales Project Manager will include (but not limited to):

  • Lead and manage sales excellence projects, ensuring alignment with commercial strategies and achieving sales performance objectives for Hungary, Czech Republic and Slovakia
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement sales processes and methodologies to drive sales excellence
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders including Trade Marketing, Category Development, Area Managers, and Key Account Managers
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery

About you

We are looking for a Sales Project Manager with the following profile:

  • Min. 3-5 years experience in the field of sales analytics, business analytics, sales project manager roles
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify insights, and make data-driven decisions

  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of sales processes and methodologies
  • Ambitious mindset together with solid analytical skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in managing budgets and allocating resources effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and PowerBI
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English (spoken and written)
