In this internship, you will be part of the IT & Data Benelux team. The team consists of around 150 passionate Danoners, enabling 6000 colleagues in The Netherlands and Belgium to make a bigger impact with technology. You will cooperate closely with the IT & Data Benelux Leadership Team, Internal Communication Managers, stakeholders and business partners.
The capabilities of our IT & Data Benelux team extend across local and global operations, providing comprehensive coverage. With the purpose "We inspire & empower Danone through the world of tech and data", we support Danone to achieve its 2030 goals around “One Planet One Health”.
You will play a key role in activating the communications strategy to create an inspiring, informative, safe, and energetic experience for the employees. This experience will offer substantial opportunities for your professional growth and development, with increased responsibilities and the chance to shape the future of our communication strategies.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Drafting and executing communication strategies;
- Developing the best internal communication approaches (including written and visual communication);
- Creating and designing engaging content with a strong user-centric approach; taking ownership of our intranet social channels;
- Collaborating with different stakeholders by discussing and advising our strategic communication;
- Supporting your local IT & Data colleagues on communication (e.g. presentations and manuals);
- Executing different local and global campaigns and organizing internal events.
About you
Are you eligible for a V.I.E ?
V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.
You must be aged 18 to 28.
You must have completed national service obligation.
You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area.
You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.
What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?
Business France handles everything for volunteer’s contract.
Business France handles the whole care insurance for volunteers (sickness; maternity invalidity; work accidents).
There are no taxes and charges on salary. There are no unemployment benefits and retirement contribution.
You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month.
Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
Germany / Austria / Switzerland : transport is free.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor/Master in Communication or in a relevant discipline. Previous work experience in Communication is a plus;
- Strong storytelling skills and the ability to engage and inform employees with relevant IT & Data news, insights, and learnings;
- Proficiency in creating and designing engaging content. You have a creative mindset and a profound interest in creating engaging content, which you have developed through working with different graphic design and video editing tools;
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills. You thrive in a team setting and are eager to maintain and strengthen partnerships with stakeholders;
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to work autonomously, meet deadlines and take responsibility for your work. You are not afraid to take initiative and speak up to bring your own ideas and suggestions forward. In addition, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- You are fluent in English – oral and written. Dutch and French are a plus;
