As VIE Project Optimisation PACK, you will perform industrial testing of packaging materials based on protocols obtained from R&I. You will be a key player in following up on our different productivity, innovation, renovation, and improvement projects. Your main responsibilities and tasks will include: 

  • Trial Management Support: Linked to innovation, renovation, productivity, and improvement projects. 

  • Lead on Innovation and Packaging Roll-out Projects: Arising via R&I (weekly meetings, SPOC for operations, connection with cross-functional teams). Main focus on packaging projects and also support on product innovations. 

  • Active Lead for Process Improvement: Actively participate in projects to make necessary industrial recommendations during the concept and implementation phases. 

  • Coordinating Industrial Tests: Within the plant, ensuring industrial follow-up including the test report and results. 

  • Product Launch Coordination: Coordinate the application of specifications within the Q&FS department. Inform R&I about quality results and receive support from R&I for recommendations or adjustment of specifications. 

  • Identify Packaging Non-conformities: With the support of production teams. 

  • Report Analyses to Suppliers: Co-build an action plan with them and challenge them on compliance with packaging specifications.

  • External suppliers of materials 

  • Internal stakeholders such as the R&I team, Feasibility Managers, Procurement, Production, Planning, Supply Chain, Q&FS 

About you

  • Good interpersonal skills to work in a cross-functional environment 

  • Knowledge of industrial processes 

  • Knowledge of packaging material is a plus 

  • Good knowledge of English (spoken & written) 

  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerBI is a plus 

Are you eligible for a V.I.E?  

 

V.I.E is a Business France device allowing Europeans to work internationally for a designated company. This is a 6 to 24 months contract.  

 

  • You must be aged 18 to 28.  

  • You must have completed national service obligation. 

  • You must be a citizen of the European Economic Area. 

  • You must have never worked in the country in which you wish to do your VIE.  

 

What are the contractual advantages of the V.I.E?  

  • Business France handles everything for volunteer’s contract. 

  • Business France handles the whole care insurance for volunteers (sickness; maternity invalidity; work accidents).  

  • There are no taxes and charges on salary. There are no unemployment benefits and retirement contribution. 

  • You will be granted with 2,5 days off per month. 

  • Your gratification is fixed according to the Business France grid.
