We are looking for an energetic and positive sales professional for the Area Manager role in the Western Finland. You will be responsible for the sales of clinical nutrition products developed for dietary management to healthcare professionals in pharmacies and other stakeholders. Your portfolio will include brands such as Nutridrink and Souvenaid. You’ll have the opportunity to work with innovative products from a market leader.

As our new Area Manager, You will independently manage and develop key accounts, create customer plans, and implement sales activities in line with strategy.

You are sales-oriented and enjoy working in customer-facing roles.

You will report to the sales manager based in Finland.  

Your main responsibilities will be, but are not limited to: 

• Planning, prioritizing, and implementing sales activities in your own area
• Planning and conducting trainings for healthcare personnel
• Creating growth together with the pharmacy clients in your area
• Attend professional events, seminars and congresses within the industry

We are looking for you with the right mix of drive & passion for sales & helping customers as well as nutritional solutions. We also hope that you bring: 

• Great communication skills, and the ability to create and maintain good relationships
• A strategic, results-driven mindset combined with a clear business focus to help you achieve your goals
• Experience in a commercial role within the healthcare sector, e.g., in sales
• Experience of working with pharmacies is meritorious
• Education in business, healthcare, or natural sciences
• Excellent fluency in Finnish and good communications skills English
• Basic Microsoft Office skills are essential
• A valid driving licence 
• The ability to navigate in an constantly changing multinational organization 

Ideally you are based in Turku area. (Also other locations are possible as long as travelling in Western Finland is convenient).
