The Cash & Fixed Cost Controller will be overseeing cashflow & fixed cost. Ensuring financial efficiency within the organization. budget management, financial reporting, variance analysis & cost optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Cash Flow:
• Prepare cash flow statements, budgets, and financial forecasts.
• Monitor and analyze cash flow trends, identifying areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize working capital.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate cash flow reporting.
2. Fixed Costs:
• Monitor and control expenses related to the sales force and head office operations.
• Develop and manage the annual fixed cost budget, including people costs.
• Track and report actual expenses against the budget, explaining variances
• Conduct comprehensive reviews of all fixed costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional teams to align cost control strategies with local needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven 4 years of experience in cash management, cost control or financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem solving & decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management.
