This is a newly established role and we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our HR Operations team. This role supports core HR processes and systems, ensuring accurate employee data management and smooth onboarding to offboarding experiences.

Responsibilities :

• Manage HR administration activities such as benefits administration, leave management, time and attendance report (only for TH & India), Expatriate Tax Clearance and employee request management
• Assist in closing gaps in core HR model processes and documentation.
• Enter, manage, and update employee and position-related data in the HR system (successfactor).
• Provide support throughout the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Participate in system improvement initiatives to enhance HR service delivery.
• Conduct data quality checks and help manage action plans to resolve discrepancies.
• Support mass data changes and updates in the HR system.
• Generate HR-related documents and letters as needed. Contribute to the ongoing improvement to the HR Administration and process
• Responsible for the administration of medical and insurance data.
• Work on ad-hoc task and project where relevant

• University or College degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. 
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is required. Proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantages to support Mandarin countries portfolio            
• Over 3 years of experience in HR Management roles
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and show a proactive approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and an open-minded attitude for cross-functional collaboration
