Danone MENA is looking a talented HN Solution Representative (Medical Representative) based in Batna, Algeria, just like you!

The medical delegate represents the brands within their designated geographical area and is responsible for:

• Promoting product ranges to healthcare professionals (pediatricians, general practitioners, health centres, hospitals, and clinics).
• Organizing and negotiating the presence of brands in maternity wards, in line with the medical strategy defined by the Medical Supervisor and the Medical Director.
• Providing scientific and product training to pharmacies within their sector.
• Working closely with other DBNA&O medical delegates in their country (sharing information and experiences) and encouraging collaboration.
• Implementing, within their area, the various internal sales techniques of DBNAO to ensure maximum efficiency in their activities.
• Executing the action plan defined by the Medical Supervisor in their area (targeting, conferences, continuing professional development sessions, local/international congresses, etc.), and measuring effectiveness using key performance indicators.
• Advising the Medical Supervisor on actions to be implemented in their area to help develop the country’s medical action plan.
• Preparing a prospective and weekly schedule for healthcare professional visits and ensuring that visit targets set by their supervisor are met.
• Keeping the activity reporting tool provided by the Supervisor up to date; sharing it weekly and monthly, analysing their activities, and suggesting corrective action plans.
• Conducting competitive and sectoral monitoring and reporting relevant information to the Medical Supervisor.

Managing the medical budget for their sector rigorously

To succeed in this role, you should ideally have:

Qualifications and Skills:

• Scientific background (Medical, Biology, Pharmacy, Veterinary).
• Experience in medical visits.
• Fluency in French.
• Willingness to travel.
