About the Job

The Digital & eCommerce team at Nutricia Worldwide manages the online presence of our Nutricia brands across 48 global markets. This includes websites, paid social media, search, newsletters, mobile apps, online stores, and more. Our core mission is to connect with parents, patients, and healthcare professionals, while driving online sales growth through impactful digital experiences.

As a Digital & eCommerce Intern, you will support the team with:

• Facilitating team collaboration and coordination, including organizing meetings, planning digital events, managing shared files and knowledge, and maintaining project overviews.
• Conducting research on digital and eCommerce trends, such as competitive analysis, benchmarking, training opportunities, and test-and-learn initiatives.
• Coordinating cross-functional projects with teams across marketing, commercial, legal & regulatory, and finance.
• Assisting in the creation of visually compelling slides and presentations to support team communications and stakeholder updates.
• Supporting performance analysis by extracting and interpreting key data insights to inform decision-making.
• Gaining hands-on experience in managing digital activities across diverse markets, giving you exposure to international business operations and strategy.

As a Digital & eCommerce Intern, collaboration and curiosity will be second nature to you. You can coordinate across international and cross-functional teams, research and analyse data, and create impactful presentations. On top of that? You’re a proactive and detail-oriented team player with a global mindset, who’s always looking for opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to meaningful digital experiences.

Requirements

• You are enrolled as a Master’s student during the entire internship period. (If you are a non-EU citizen, you must be enrolled at a Dutch university.)
• You have a strong interest in digital marketing, eCommerce, and international business.
• You are available to start in January 2025 for 6 months, 4 to 5 days per week
• You are fluent in English (spoken and written), Spanish is a plus
• You are independent and able to work from home, and to join to our office in Rijswihk at least once a week
• Please note: You are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if currently abroad) for this internship and obtain a BSN (citizen service number).
