In this internship, you will be part of the Topline Controlling Finance team, within our Danone Specialized Nutrition Global Headquarters. Our purpose is to act as strategic business partners to Marketing and Sales, driving topline growth through financial insights and performance analysis. During this internship, you will collaborate with global teams and support on key reporting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Supporting monthly closures: consolidating, analyzing, and presenting Net Sales performance
• Assisting in rolling out forecasts and strategic planning processes
• Designing and improving financial dashboards using Power BI
• Generating A&P (Advertising & Promotion) reports and guiding stakeholders on budget tracking
• Participating in transversal finance projects across the organization

Your manager will be Pieter Bankers, Senior Finance Manager for Medical Nutrition. 

As a Topline Controlling Finance intern, analytical thinking and communication will be second nature to you. You can work independently, manage deadlines, and have a strong eye for detail. On top of that? You’re a proactive team player who’s always looking for opportunities to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment.

Key requirements:

• Enrolled as a Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field for the entire duration of the internship
• Resident of the Netherlands with a valid BSN number. Non-EU citizens must be enrolled in a Dutch university and have a valid Dutch residency permit
• For non-EU citizens, your university must sign a three-party agreement with Danone
• Available to start in September 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 5 days per week
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Advanced skills in Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables); knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Able to work from our Hoofddorp office at least 2–3 days per week (hybrid setup)
