YOUR MISSIONS AT DANONE:

This contract will take place in Paris, at our head office starting from january 2026 for a fixed period of 6 months.

Support the global Channels & RTM agenda by animating our communities (share & scale best practices), driving editorial content (newsletters), and contributing to RoutetoMarket, Channel Activation Strategy, and Execution Excellence (Danone Way of Execution) projects. Leverage AI to accelerate content curation, insights generation, and workflow automation.

This internship helps embed our global channel strategy and RTM frameworks into markets and elevate execution quality across channels.

1) Channel communities & newsletters:

  • Help running the global channel communities (Modern Trade, Proximity/Traditional, AFH): schedule and host knowledgeshare sessions, capture takeaways, and publish actionable summaries & playbooks.
  • Own the monthly newsletter: editorial plan, story mining with CBUs, KPI snapshot (e.g., distribution, shelf space vs fair share, PICOS highlights), and links to new tools/templates.
  • Build and maintain a “best practice library” (SharePoint/Teams/Engage) with tagged assets (toolkits, case studies, planograms, RTM wins) for fast reuse by markets.

2) Channel Activation Strategy:

  • Contribute to global channel toolkits / Shoppability Playbook development and to CBU deployment packs.  (Aid the creation of the R.O.E.Y. playbook, including sourcing best practices internally and externally)
  • Perfect Cities: Project manage the connection between pilot CBU's, France, US, Canada, UK and Indonesia, and the data agencies we are employing to aid the approach, who are tasked with mapping points of sale and performance tracking within pilot Cities. Ensuring the CBU's stay connected to the global AFH team and each other. Establish a monthly Perfect Cities call with all relevant parties to ensure learnings are reaily shared.

3) RoutetoMarket projects:

  • Support ad-hoc RTM projects (e.g., booklets, tools, toolkits) as assigned by the RTM Director.
  • Own the monthly newsletter: develop the editorial plan, propose themes aligned with the existing template, and collaborate with the RTM Director and Ops Network Director to finalize content and publication. Ensure timely release within the RTM Community ENGAGE group.
  • Maintain up-to-date content and links to the RTM & DM tools library.

4) Execution Excellence – Danone Way of Execution:

  • Support the deployment of the Danone way of Execution. Help orchestrate the roll-out by coordinating activities between global and local teams, organizing deployment workshops, and ensuring alignment on key milestones and deliverables.

5/ Category Leadership Program:

  • Support the deployment of the Category Leadership Program by helping to organize training sessions, webinars, and sharing best practices across countries.
  • Assist in establishing and sustaining the certification process, ensuring it is well implemented and maintained over time.

6) Applied AI for Commercial Excellence:

  • Pilot Copilot use cases: newsletter draft generation, meeting/transcript summarization, autotagging of best practices, and dashboard narrative creation, Toolkits agents ..

PLUS POINTS OF THIS JOB:

About you

To achieve great things together, we are looking for someone:

  • Experience: Previous internship(s) or academic projects, ideally with international exposure (study abroad, international teams, or global company context).
  • Languages: Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential; other languages are a plus.
  • Skills: Strong communication and editorial writing skills; comfortable facilitating communities and synthesizing information for diverse audiences. We will therefore consider all applications* by fostering an inclusive work culture where everyone can feel at home.
