Experience and Skills

• Proven ability to manage and mobilize multiple cross functional
• teams
• Comfortable with complexity, holistic business planning and
• scenario building
• 2 to 5 years of experience in RGM/NRR/Finance/Sales/Category
• Management in FMCG preferred
• Experience with cloud based analytical and trade promotion
• tools (e.g. Nielsen, Circana, DataOrbis, Buynomics)
• TPM/TPA experience would be advantageous
• Proven ability to manage workload & deadlines
• Finance, Customer, Category and Channel Knowledge
