Your main mission is to lead the innovation and portfolio strategy to drive the company growth.

Danone Canada Portfolio:

• Define the Canadian portfolio strategy cross-categories, aligned with Global and Noram strategy
• Link to business strategy and ensure positive financial impact
• Identify ‘where to play’ and prioritize growth spaces in collab with Enterprise strategy.
• Deliver the Food & Bev Category vision & story
• Responsible for portfolio optimization (current and future)

Innovation Management:

• Responsible to co-build the cross-functional 3 years innovation funnel in line with Strat & prioritization, in collaboration with Strategic Channels development team
• Develop & lead the innovation process for bigger and better ideation
• Define ‘how to win’ in the prioritized white spaces for Danone to grow
• Marketing lead and active participants in ISD/LIM
• Ensure capabilities to bring to life the Strategic Planning and take part to enterprise projects
• Embed strategically new businesses into the portfolio

Transversal Responsibilities:

• Co-lead and build Innovation-to-market processes, tools, governance.
• Ensure ‘’innovation-to-market’’ capabilities across the organization ie Tools, Reporting, Business information, etc.
• Yearly Strategic Planning delivery;
• Lead the innovation tracker, dashboard reporting, portfolio sufficiency;
• Monthly connects with Global and US teams

• University degree in Marketing
• Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or innovation/portfolio roles
• Strong leadership and ability to guide cross-functional teams
• Ability to build internal connections and navigate complex environments (ISD, LIM, QPPR, etc.)
• Critical thinking, creativity, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand complex topics, grasp context, and “read between the lines”
• Autonomous in defining next steps and identifying needs
• Proactive and able to manage multiple topics simultaneously
• Well-organized in daily tasks and structured in large-scale projects
