We are seeking a Supply Chain Project Manager at Danone’s Planning Center in Katowice, focused on enhancing material planning processes through diagnostics, collaboration, and capability development across multiple factories. Key responsibilities include leading process excellence projects, engaging with planning teams to identify and address gaps, facilitating workshops, coordinating timelines and documentation, supporting roadmap deployment, and co-designing digital tools for planners. The role requires 1–4 years of supply chain planning experience, strong analytical and interpersonal skills, organizational abilities, and familiarity with manufacturing environments and tools like SAP, OMP, o9, and digital looks like Power BI and Power Automate.

In this role, you will conduct a granular diagnostic of material planning practices, collaborate with material planners across multiple factories, and translate insights into a clear roadmap for capability development and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects oriented at process excellence, first assignment being a structured maturity assessment of MRP processes across 20 factories,
Engage with material and supply planning teams to map processes, identify gaps, clarify roles & responsibilities gather insights, validate findings, and build aligned improvement plans,
Facilitate workshops to drive alignment and challenge assumptions diplomatically,
Coordinate timelines, track actions, and ensure consistent documentation standards,
Collaborate with planning and capability building teams to support roadmap deployment,
Co-design light digital and reporting tools needed to enhance daily work of planners.
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:
1–4 years in supply chain planning, preferred material (2-3 years), production, demand or supply planning,
Understanding of end-to-end material flow and planning cycles,
Strong analytical approach with the ability to simplify complex processes,
Excellent interpersonal skills, with confidence working across cultures and organizational levels,
Strong organizational skills to ensure consistency, documentation, and structured follow through,
Exposure to FMCG or high complexity manufacturing environments is a plus,
Experience with SAP / OMP / o9 and hands on experience in Power BI development, power automate and other tools is a strong advantage.
