About the job

We are looking for a person who will join Danone’s Planning Center in Katowice as a Supply Execution Planner.


In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining master production plans in the system and communicating them to the Production Schedulers,
  • Managing execution within assigned plants based on market requirements and stock availability,
  • Managing all exceptions in the 1–14 weeks horizon where there is an imbalance in demand and supply, including those escalated from the source of supply (production execution),
  • Escalating and communicating capacity and material supply issues (1–14 weeks) to all parties as necessary,
  • Supporting production scenario planning and course corrections in collaboration with markets, material planner, and factory scheduler considering all constraints,
  • Following up with key resources regarding Holds, Shipments, Past Due Elements for designated products,
  • Measuring and driving continuous improvement, identifying critical supply constraints, and developing action plans to avoid service impacts.

About you

To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role we believe you need to have:

  • Very good command of English,
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the supply chain area,
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory - pivot tables, data filtering).
  • Experience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP,
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to quickly draw conclusions and propose alternatives.
