About the job

Reporting to the Customer Solutions Manager – Operations, we are seeking a Weekend Customer Service Clerk to ensure operational continuity during the transition to touchless ordering and support customer service stability throughout the hypercare phase and the summer period. This individual will contribute to order management, customer support, and logistical follow-up on weekends.

 

More specifically, your responsibilities will include:

  • Entering, validating, and tracking orders (EDI, email, portals) to ensure accuracy and smooth processing.
  • Handling customer inquiries and delivery issues, ensuring prompt resolution and thorough follow-up.
  • Monitoring and addressing exceptions related to touchless ordering, especially during the hypercare period.
  • Providing comprehensive after-sales service, responding to customers, documenting incidents, and offering suitable solutions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams (Supply Chain, Logistics, Back Office), keeping records up to date, and supporting the team during absences or projects.

About you

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

  • DEC in administration, logistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in customer service, order processing, or a similar administrative/logistics role.
  • Proficiency with computer tools; SAP and Excel are strong assets.
  • Proven ability to work independently, especially on weekends.
  • Excellent analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bilingualism required (French / English), both spoken and written.
