I’m really proud to be part of a diverse team that has been instrumental in developing educational and communication programs to bring vital knowledge to mothers in Vietnam. I’ve taken on an additional supporting role within the crisis management team, which has helped me learn a lot and make valuable connections across the company. I really enjoy being involved, it’s great to have such opportunities. Despite being a big company, we all support each other and work towards common goals. It’s very inclusive.

There’s a real emphasis on growth and development. We have regular 1-to-1 meetings with our managers to set objectives and review performance, and there are numerous training opportunities to help us learn and improve our skills. I can share my ideas and ambitions, and I know I’ll be listened to.
