I play a part in all sorts of ways, such as driving auto machine digital solution to save paperwork for green planet. Monitor travel policy to ensure effective while safe condition for Danoners.

There’s plenty of support for wellbeing and work-life balance. I’ve particularly benefitted from our maternity leave allowance. And I really value how good work is recognized, that means a lot to me.
ENHANCING PRODUCTIVITY WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMWORK
I’ve had the opportunity to take on some extra responsibilities and they’ve been great for my development. In particular, I’ve helped colleagues in other countries to migrate to more automated ways of working, which has helped both my technical and soft skills, and it’s helped my colleagues become more efficient and productive. I’m always hold positive attitude to accept new challenges no matter it is within my job or not.

There’s a real team spirit here, everyone is generous in helping those around them to learn and develop, and always happy to share their knowledge. Things move fast at Danone, but with the good management we have to support us and the way we collaborate and help each other, we do great things. I also have great opportunity to grow myself from non-manager level up to manage level and lead the team that is a wonderful moment here.
