WE TRULY WALK THE TALK!
I joined Danone because of its mission of ‘One Planet. One Health’. We don’t just talk the talk; we truly walk the talk. Our collaboration with healthcare professionals helps us create life-changing products, such as children’s milk formula that very effectively eases eczema conditions.. It’s wonderful to be involved with something like that. We also make an impact through our clinical studies, sharing results with doctors and collaborating to benefit the health of our communities.

When there’s a problem to be solved, decision-making here is very inclusive; different perspectives are taken into consideration, and we all understand why a particular decision has been made.
TAKING TIME TO HELP THOSE AROUND ME
I’m passionate about helping everyone here get the best training. With the support of my manager, I’ve been able to step out of my day-to-day role and co-facilitate some training sessions for colleagues. This experience has been very useful, adding to my skills and helping me develop. I’ve also been working with some training apps, customizing them for colleagues in Malaysia and Singapore, which has been very rewarding.

I have a very open and transparent relationship with my manager. They understand my career aspirations and help me identify training needs and opportunities to try new things. There are always follow-up conversations to review how things went and offer additional support for professional growth.
