I’ve never seen so much opportunity for training!
There is a strong focus on development here. The training framework is the most comprehensive I’ve ever experienced, and it’s available to everyone, allowing them to learn and develop themselves/grow.
There are always opportunities to stretch yourself and take on additional responsibilities. I’ve been involved in governance and performance, risk and compliance projects. These were offered by my manager, but I could just as easily get their support if I identified an opportunity myself. It’s much more than just filling a skills gap, it’s about gaining exposure to different areas, exploring the business and stepping out of your comfort zone.
