My work helps Danoners have a satisfying career. I make an impact by facilitating their development, and I have a lot of flexibility in finding the best training providers and materials. There are always opportunities to explore and try new things at Danone. After only a few months here, I was asked to take on a project focused on employee engagement and well-being. This experience helped me meet many new people and hear different perspectives and ideas. It’s the same for everyone here, if you want to take on new responsibilities or explore a different part of the business, your managers will do all they can to make it happen. It’s a big part of life at Danone.

My managers help me identify opportunities to develop my skills, providing a safety net for me to explore the business. They step in to guide me and offer their experience if I need it, but I have full accountability and I can explore and grow in my own way.
