On our two-year RGM programme, you’ll become an essential part of a team that’s shaping the future of Danone in the UK and Ireland.

You’ll learn how to build and implement strategies using four key levers: Pack & Price Architecture, Promotions, Trade Terms, and Mix & Assortment.

Day-to-day, you’ll dive into data, develop insights, and make recommendations that support value creation for Danone and our customers, whether that’s reviewing promotional performance, analysing pricing trends, or supporting investment decisions.

You’ll work closely with colleagues in RGM, as well as cross-functional teams in Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Finance. This is a unique opportunity to develop commercial skills, gain exposure to a fast-paced environment, and make a real impact on the business from day one.
