This is your chance to join our vibrant and talented team based in Auckland. Make your mark, accelerate your career, and help shape the future of our operations!

This role acts as a primary point of contact between operations and business units, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment for these critical processes.

You will:

  • Drive full visibility of all projects and their interdependencies, proactively informing Project Leaders and escalating non-conformances to the leadership team as needed.
  • Champion the on-time, on-budget, and on-spec implementation of projects, including those with high complexity, ensuring maximum transparency and alignment with business objectives.
  • Continuously enhance the Activity Management function within the factory, embedding a culture of improvement.
  • Act as the lead for all supply point artwork changes, excelling in stakeholder coordination and communication.
  • Lead and support product introductions, as well as market-driven changes and discontinuations, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate closely with Project Leaders to anticipate and manage demand versus supply implications and risks, driving robust mitigation strategies to minimise, and ideally eliminate, product write-offs.
