Automation & Electrical Maintenance Engineer

(Full-time, Location: Romania, Bucharest Factory)

The activity is carried out in shifts, including weekends, with responsibility for the entire factory.

YOUR responsibilities as an Automation & Electrical Maintenance Engineer will include (but not limited to):

• Provide technical support for automation and electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted factory operations
• Diagnose and resolve electrical and automation issues in production equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Support and maintain PLC systems, industrial networks, and process control equipment (both software and hardware)

We are looking for an Automation & Electrical Maintenance Engineer with the following profile:

• Degree or studies in Automation, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics (considered an advantage)
• Strong analytical thinking and fast diagnostic abilities
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Availability for shift work and on-call interventions
• High sense of responsibility and technical precision
• Team player with the ability to coordinate small teams
• Openness to continuous learning (the dairy processing industry)
