Our early career opportunities are designed to empower you on your professional journey, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge needed to thrive in your chosen career.
Your Danone journey begins with a comprehensive functional onboarding experience, setting you up for success from day one. From there, you'll embark on a carefully crafted development plan to expand your horizons and develop invaluable skills and insights.
You don’t need a degree or prior work experience to apply to our early careers roles!
We’ll equip you with the business skills to be successful in your career.
If you’re motivated to deliver high performance, kickstart your career with a £35,000 competitive starting salary, we’ll recognise your hard work with bi-annual salary reviews and flexible working.
Enjoy our comprehensive benefits package, which includes 25 days of annual leave, attractive gym and retail discounts. Access to our competitive pension and healthcare plans, well-being offerings, and, of course, our iconic Danone products!
Once you’ve met our entry requirements, you’ll complete our online assessments. These help us assess candidates fairly, focusing on the skills that matter most for success in our early careers roles.
If you have demonstrated the required skills, we’ll invite you to a short virtual interview with our early careers team. This gives us the opportunity to explore your motivation and skills in more detail.
The final stage of our application process is our Immersion Day. This is your chance to meet the hiring manager for the role and get a real feel for what a career at Danone could look like.
During the day, you’ll take part in three assessed activities, including two interviews and a group task. We’ll share all the interview details with you in advance, including the skills and behaviours we’re assessing, so you know what to expect and can prepare, helping you bring your best self on the day.
The day also includes two non‑assessed activities, giving you time to step away from assessments and get to know us better. You’ll have the opportunity to meet Danoners from our Early Careers programmes, ask your burning questions, and hear first‑hand what it’s really like to work here.
There’ll be plenty of breaks throughout the day, including a lunch break, so you can recharge between activities.
Shortly after the Immersion Day, we’ll be in touch to share the outcome, along with feedback on what you did well and where you could continue to develop.
