About the job

Main responsibilities:

 

•Identify and recommend category growth opportunities based on Danone performance inside dairy, plant base and baby; dedicated or cross category opportunities on selected partners.
•Lead category conversation with selected clients (based on their size, openness to collaboration, impact on Category and Danone business). 
•Quarterly data reporting – based on Danone data partnership in alignment with Nielsen data.
•Dedicated Nielsen category reports based on company needs
•Cross KPIs data analyses based on Danone SoM, SoS, trends and category evolution (Nielsen data & data partnership)
•Assortment velocity exercise
•Inno planning & evaluation
•Monitors and publishes the information about the competitors’ activity and other market relevant information.
•Drives the post-mortem process cross streams  in inno – reno process. 
•Collaborates with the market research agencies and is involved in the elaboration of and running the market analysis relevant in building up the category stories.
•Ensures the link between Marketing and Commercial departments, in order to provide efficiency in different programs’ implementation
•Participates at external meetings and builds partnerships with key customers, to ensure the proper implementation of category management projects.
•Acts as SPOC for category knowledge and field execution.
•Coordinates bottom-up approach and local category management projects
 

About you

What you need to be successful:

 

•Understanding of growth and brand strategy
•Excellent analytical skills
•Strong communication skills & visualization ︈︎︋︃︌︅︇︊​︂︆︄︃​︁︁︎︌​︈︂︇︍​︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎skills – interested in storytelling techniques
•Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
•Strong Organizational & interpersonal skills
•Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written

•University degree or equivalent experience
•Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
•3+ years experience in Marketing Research
