As an EO, the operator maintains equipment performance, monitors key metrics, and collaborates closely with Line Leaders to achieve production targets with zero‑loss mindset.

You are a hands‑on, detail‑driven Operator who understands how equipment performance impacts the entire production line. You take ownership of your machine, follow standards with discipline, and proactively identify losses, defects, and abnormalities.
