About the job

As part of the Global Cycles & Procurement – Agriculture & Sustainability team, you will support the Innovations & Partnerships function with day-to-day activities, with a particular focus on Danone’s strategic business partnership program, Partner for Growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to one of Danone’s core value drivers—innovation, capacity building, cost efficiency and sustainability through partnerships—while working in a dynamic, multicultural environment. You will play an active role in shaping sourcing strategies and supporting their implementation across the business.

In this role, you will take on meaningful responsibilities across business processes, including supplier performance evaluation, project progress tracking, and the delivery of productivity and optimization initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintain and enhance the value-creation tracking and dashboard for the Partner for Growth program, monitoring incremental net sales, cost savings, and CO₂-reduction impacts of projects within scope.
  • Support performance measurement of strategic partnerships by defining key KPIs and tracking progress against them.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating the annual Partner for Growth event, engaging Danone’s top global strategic suppliers.
  • Contribute to program communications by preparing updates and insights for internal stakeholders across Global & Regional Procurement and R&I teams.
