Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague for the "Head of OPS, C&P, QFS, R&I Solutions & IT Governance"  who will be responsible for the successful implementation, management, and continuous improvement of the SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), SAP PP, SAP Materials Management (MM), and Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO) and Warehouse Management capabilities.

This role requires a strong enterprise architecture perspective to align SAP solutions with the organization’s overall IT and business strategies, ensuring optimal system performance and scalability. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in SAP, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and departments.

Be responsible from the following requirements:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead and manage the SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP,  APO, and WMS cababilities, ensuring alignment with company goals, objectives, and best practices.
• Delivery and Support: Ensure sustainable OPS delivery and Support

*PR/PO Over 400 people are in the process

*6 plants, 21 DCs, 3 logistic WH

• System Management: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP,  APO, and WMS cababilities, with a focus on system scalability and performance optimization.
• Enterprise Architecture: Develop and maintain an enterprise architecture view, aligning SAP solutions with overall IT and business objectives to maximize efficiency, adaptability, and future scalability.
• Learn and Leverage S/4HANA capabilities to drive digital transformation, streamline processes, and improve real-time data access and analysis for better decision-making.
• Supply Chain Optimization: Utilize capabilities to enhance demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain visibility, driving efficiencies across the organization.
• Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects related to the SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP,  APO, and WMS, and S/4HANA, managing timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion.
• Budget Management : Own and manage IT Budget fort his domain, ensuring efficient use of resources and alignment with company financial goals. Drive CAPEX and OPEX efficiency across all operations
• Team Management : Manage internal and external resources. Build, mentor, and guide a team of SAP specialists, ensuring continuous learning and professional development within the team.
• Third Party Management: Manage relationships with 3^rd party vendors and service providers, ensuring quality deliverables, cost control, and alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with business units, including Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehouse, to understand their requirements and drive solutions that support their objectives.
• Global Collaboration: Work effectively with cross functional and global teams, coordinating efforts and alignin strategies to meet company-wide goals and maintain consistency across the region
• Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve any system issues, providing timely support and guidance to stakeholders and end-users.
• Process Improvement: Identify areas for process optimization within the SAP SD, SAP MM, SAP PP,  APO, and WMS, implementing solutions to improve system efficiency and effectiveness.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure adherence to IT governance,risk  compliance, and security protocols within domain operations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in IT with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven experience with SAP system implementation, configuration and optimization in a complex, multi-location environment.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and their application within SAP environments.
• Extensive experience with S/4HANA and its capabilities for digital transformation and real-time data access.
• Excellent leadership, team management and project management skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• SAP certification in SD, MM, WM, APO, or S/4HANA is a plus.
