We are now looking for an HR Business Partner to take full ownership of HR in Finland, while partnering with stakeholders across the Nordics & Baltics and UK & Ireland. You will work with brands such as Alpro, Activia and Danonino, as well as specialised medical nutrition through Nutricia — in a fast-paced, international environment.

Fluency in Finnish is required for this role.

As HR Business Partner Finland, you will act as the local HR partner, supporting managers and employees in day-to-day people matters. At the same time, you will collaborate with stakeholders across multiple countries in a matrix organisation.

You will:

• Support managers in daily HR topics and employee relations
• Handle performance, absences, rehabilitations and organisational changes
• Ensure compliance with Finnish labour law
• Support annual HR processes such as performance and salary reviews
• Contribute to local and regional people initiatives
• Maintain HR data, documentation and reporting
