As a Institutions & Tender Manager, you will be responsible for defining, organizing, and executing strategic and operational processes within the institutional area, ensuring sustainable business growth through key account management.

Your main responabilities will be:

  • Propose and coordinate the daily operation processes of institution area.
  • Propose and implement strategies/ actions taking in account the role of each type of institution in the path journey and its full impact as a all.
  • Filter and recommend challenges to the actual strategy/ plan, following market trends and signs.
  • Apply standard and organized analysis and market understanding, identifying opportunities.
  • Design of tender offer preparation to to drive growth and sustainability.
  • Lead account planning: revenue targets, product mix, pricing corridors, risk/whitespace, and contract renewal strategy.
  • Forecast institutional demand; participate in S&OP with Supply Chain to prevent stockouts and manage phase‑ins/outs.
  • Coordinate and mobilize other relevant functions (Marketing, commercial, finance, supply and medical team) to ensure right support is given to each account to lever growth opportunities.

About you

  • Strong experience in the institutional channel, managing hospitals, UCCI, elderly homes, and specialized stores.
  • Proven expertise in tender management, including scope definition, offer preparation, risk assessment, and follow‑up.
  • Advanced analytical and forecasting skills, with the ability to turn data into insights and support S&OP processes.
  • Solid Account Management capabilities, building long‑term relationships and leading account planning (revenue, pricing, product mix).
  • Process‑driven and results‑oriented mindset, able to optimize internal workflows and deliver strong KPIs (sell‑in, margin, tender success rate, forecast accuracy).
