In this role, you'll work on contributing to long-term strategies and innovations by turning market performance & financial data performance insights into actionable recommendations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Create monthly dashboards using Power BI and internal financial data, collaborating closely with the cross-functional team.
• Explore automation for dashboard creation and data analysis with the Line-Manager and Data team.
• Analyse brand performance and initiatives to provide actionable insights.
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns and materials.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas.
• Help organize and execute events.
• Support ongoing projects with cross-functional and country team members.

You are the perfect fit if you are:

• A Bachelor's/Master's student in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, Consumer Psychology, or a related field.
• Enthusiastic about working in an international environment.
• Passionate about data, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Focused on consumer centricity, brand building, and innovation.
• Not afraid to ask questions and bring new perspectives.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous marketing experience is a big plus.

Mandatory requirements

• Enrolled as a Bachelors/Masters student during the whole internship period (if you are a non-EU citizen, you need to be enrolled at a Dutch university);

• Ideally available to start in March 2025 for a minimum of 6 months, 4-5 days per week;
• You are fluent in English - spoken and written;
• You are able to work from our Hoofddorp office, at least 2 times per week;
• Please note that you are required to relocate to the Netherlands (if abroad) for this internship and get a BSN.

We offer a gross monthly internship allowance 650 euros per month and a home working allowance/contribution towards travel. Please do keep in mind that we do not offer relocation and/or accommodation benefits for students coming from abroad.
