About the job

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Intern Junior Marketer to join our Brand/Product Marketing team. This internship offers hands-on experience in various marketing activities, with a focus on operational tasks. The ideal candidate will support the team in executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and managing day-to-day marketing operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: 
    Assist both medical food brand managers in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including support in content creation, relation with print agencies and designer, scheduling and monitoring.
    Tools to know: PPT, Excel, Outlook, basic design knowledge (no specific software)
    Ex: Create or Translate a Marketing brief into life by supporting the BM (tools the candidate can work on: flyer, ppt design layout, social media images.
  • Market Research: 
    Every month, conduct research to gather data on competition, new trends in the Medical Nutrition segment, consumer behaviour, and competitive analysis.
    Tools to know : PPT, Excel, work with PowerBI, Google search, Outlook.
    Ex: ppt with monthly findings to present in Category Meeting (launches from competition, interesting related topics, market population data).
  • Content Management: Help manage and update content across various marketing channels and supports .
    Ex: images, product name, product codes (MEDIPIM, NUTRICIA.BE, Marketing Material (Compendium, Brochures or flyers).
  • Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of promotional events and other marketing activities
    Ex: webinar, physical events with set up, material forecasting, ordering and delivering.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle various administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports and taking notes in some meetings, maintaining folders up to date. Pump and Medical Devices support 2 days a week.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts.
  • Brand Management: Assist in maintaining brand guidelines and ensuring all marketing materials adhere to brand standards.

About you

  • Education: Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Skills:
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French and/or Dutch.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems.
    • Basic understanding of marketing principles and practices.
    • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
