About the job

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Jr. Project Manager to join our team and oversee projects across the entire CEE region (CZ, SK, HU, ROBG), primarily within Special Nutrition category. You will manage a variety of projects, including innovation, renovation, safety, compliance, productivity, and quality. Your role will involve ensuring smooth execution and coordination across all project aspects within your team. You will also be responsible for setting up and managing systems such as product MD, IPRO tools and others. What you’ll do:

  • Lead and coordinate projects focused on innovation, renovation, product updates, and new product launches on specific markets, ensuring on-time delivery and budget compliance
  • Evaluate project requests and define timelines, resources, and priorities and and take responsibility for managing project risks.
  • Manage cross-functional teams, communication, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support and develop team members, assigning tasks based on current needs.
  • Help shape the innovation and productivity agenda of the CBU.
  • Assist in preparation of overviews, and resource plans for innovation-related meetings (LIMs, CODI LIMs).
  • Maintain and improve project management tools and workflows, ensuring data accuracy and supporting teams’ development.
  • Oversee and continuously improve the InnoPro process (trainings, audits, onboarding).
  • Communicate product changes across departments to ensure smooth execution until handover to Planning, Logistics and Sales.
  • Ensure correct management of local repacking activities and product data (MD) for assigned categories.

About you

  • University degree in economics, project management, or a related field
  • Previous experience ideally in FMCG project management (2 years)
  • Proven experience leading projects, teams and collaborating cross-functionally
  • Advanced English (B2 minimum); Slovak/Czech required
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable business insights
  • Critical thinking skills to analyze data, anticipate potential issues, and guide decision-making processes.
