IWS Lead (Zoetermeer – fulltime)

Supply Point Nutricia Zoetermeer (SPZ) in the Netherlands is manufacturing Danone specialized nutrition products for specific target groups, starting from early life nutrition all the way to adult frailty. The specialized nutrition division is an essential part of delivering the Danone mission to bring health through food to as many people as possible and fulfilling our ‘One Planet One Health’ vision to life. The Zoetermeer site’s masterplan will be rolled out within the coming years to upgrade the liquid medical nutrition plant and make it ready for future business needs.

As a DAN-IWS Lead you will be the site Manager’s business ally and the site Leadership teams coach and advisor. You will function as a trusted teammember of Line Leaders and technician’s, as well as a  coach and a teacher on the floor. You will be the most knowledgeable IWS person on site and will facilitate the process.

Your main responsibilities:

From this pivotal position you will be:

• Overall Coordinator of IWS implementation 
• Keep on track of the Masterplan
• Makes issues & problems visible for leaders
• Daily consultant to: Site leader, Pillar owners, Department managers, Teams and individuals
• Responsible for IWS Promotion, Communication & Education
• Ensure work processes are in place to drive reapplication and one common standard
• Work closely with other IWS leaders to reapply best practices
• Talk about issues and make them visible for leadership to see and take action
• Lead LPT meeting – Discuss site wide issues that are constraining IWS progress, or adjust pillar focuses
• Daily consultative review with team / individual on the small group activities
• Lead site Pillar review process – Ensure PDCA thought process

We are looking for someone with:

• Extensive knowledge of IWS work processes and tools, you have ideally worked through all the phases of IWS
• Know the Business needs of the organization you are in and help shape the future organization
• Master Planning – Link all to CBN, ZLJ, VSM
• Knowledge and lead of the IWS phase and pillar assessments
• Agile, good communicator, inspiring leader, curious, analytical, organized, structured
• Effective in leading strategic, tactical and progress meetings
• Highly energetic and motivated; is an accelerator for the program team 
• English/Dutch is an advantage.
