This role will play a critical part in our IWS journey in becoming a zero loss Supply Point and achieving our Compelling Business Needs (CBN), whilst focussing on the development and capability of our employees.

It is a critical role to enable the success of our site KPI’s including Safety, Quality and Performance whilst also offering a clear pathway for professional growth, with opportunities to develop new skills and progress into more senior or cross-functional positions within the organisation.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who possesses and displays strong leadership in their day-to-day activities, acting as a role model and being a servant leader. Communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as is a continuous improvement mindset. The main focus of this role is to build capabilities within your team, so being an effective coach and trainer are essential to the success of your team and the line/process performance. The ideal candidate will strive to always
do the right thing, 100% of the time, even when nobody is watching.

Experience and Skills;
• Experience with running fast paced and high-volume production lines
• People management experience including wellbeing, absence management and employee
relations
• Demonstrable training and coaching experience
• Servant leadership
• Root cause analysis and decision making
• Excellent communication skills verbally and written
