As the Market Access Lead for Adult Category, you will be contributing & shaping the Market Access & Health Economics strategy for the entire category. By working in cross functional teams, you would be responsible to bring in voice of market access and shape key jobs to be done for market access.
The position has a global scope and one of your key responsibilities would be to identify access specific requirements for key brands, innovations & therapeutic areas. Taking into account the reimbursement & funding perspective you would work on building/generating health economic evidence and narrative to support countries and drive strategic and operational implications for Nutricia. You will also engage the broader Nutricia teams including Research & Innovation, Sales, Marketing and Medical functions to build access & health economic narrative/models and address market requirements, which could range from protect or broaden reimbursement, market/category shaping or payer engagement to map market access requirements.
A key responsibility is also promoting Market Access culture and expertise within the organization at global, regional and local levels. This position will play a key role in supporting development of capabilities, skills and resources needed to further scale market access voice within the organization.
This role reports into, Director Global Market Access.
As a Market Access Lead you should have a proven background in access and health economics. Leveraging your technical skills as well as strong business acumen, you are able to develop a comprehensive access strategy addressing key requirements across the product lifecycle. You have the ability to link strategy with clearly actionable initiatives and drive execution, balancing internal stakeholder expectations. With a pro-active mindset, you would need to anticipate business requirements & engage with internal as well as external stakeholders to ensure their input is captured in a timely manner.
