About the job
Danone Türkiye is looking for a talented colleague to join us as a Meintenance Manager, Hendek.
• Maintain the highest standards of maintenance, safety, quality and productivity
• Support the realization of activities for autonomous and planned maintenance steps within the scope of TPM methodology
• Prepare and implement of the annual maintenance plan,
• Ensure the continuity of all mechanical, electrical, and automation systems in the facility.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and corrective maintenance processes.
• Develop and implement projects related to energy management and efficiency, analyze energy consumption and develop energy-saving projects.
• Prepare the maintenance budget and ensure cost control.
• Manage spare parts and technical material inventory.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs (e.g., MTTR, MTBF, OEE) and take improvement actions.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) of equipment failures and develop permanent solutions.
• Represent maintenance processes during internal and external audits.
• Manage outsourced maintenance services through technical communication with suppliers. Be prepared for and lead crisis and emergency scenarios (e.g., major breakdowns, fire, power outages).
• Foster and encourage a supportive environment for the technical and personal growth of the team.
About you
• Bachelor's degree in engineering fields such as Machine-Electric/Electronic-Mechatronics,
• Minimum 6 years or more experience
• Advanced level of English both written and spoken
• Able to use MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) programs at a good level
• Effective in communication, teamwork, analyzing analytical data
• Working energetically and passionately
• Residing or will be able to reside in Sakarya region.
• Strong team management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Analytical thinker, result-oriented, and open to development.
