Are you passionate about quality management, food safety, and continuous improvement? Are you an experienced Quality Systems Complaints Officer with a background in Food Technology? We have an exciting opportunity as Quality Systems Complaints Officer. 

 

Our team's mission is to maintain and continuous improve our quality and food safety management system to ensure uncompromising food safety, specified quality and regulatory compliance through effective and efficient complaints management with key deliverables/priorities including:

  • Ensure continuous compliance by providing, translating, and integrating relevant requirements.
  • Assure the Supply Point license to operate and maintain certifications for market acceptance and new business.
  • Embed new initiatives and improvements in quality and food safety systems, procedures, and practices.
  • Contribute to the governance of the overall quality and food safety strategy.
  • Support continual effectiveness and compliance through strategic quality and safety initiatives.

In your role as Quality Systems Complaints Officer, being part of the Quality Systems team, your key responsibilities are:

  • Manage and register consumer complaints, perform root cause investigations, and escalate potential crises.
  • Analyze complaint trends, report results, and propose improvements.
  • Support crisis management and investigate out-of-specification notifications.
  • Implement quality and food safety system improvements, contribute to HACCP studies, and participate in audits.
  • Promote a quality and food safety culture, manage changes, and prepare registration documents.
  • Address product-related inquiries from other departments and CBU's.

About you

You fit this role, if you are/have:

  • Education in Food Technology, Process Technology, Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biomedical Sciences, or Pharmaceutical Technology;
  • Relevant work experience in production environment; 
  • Proficient in quality and food safety systems (HACCP, ISO, GMP, GLP, BRC, IFS);
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence and empathize others; 
  • Precise, analytical, and detail-oriented;
  • Resilient under pressure and adaptable to changing priorities;
  • Self-organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently;
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
