PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE ROLE :
Sales Execution Excellence team is back-office team to support for fundamentals enhancement of sales organization. 
This position will be the pivot to drive strong sales performance by analyzing sales data into concrete actions and managing the execution of such actions through a strong influencing across various parts of the Sales team and other functions. 
You will also identify current and future business trends of our business to spot the gaps we have not identified and transform those insights into actionable items for the Sales teams to act upon. You will also support the Sales Director in weekly and monthly reporting on sales results.

 

Main responsibilities 
Sales Performance Management & Reporting
 Deliver monthly and quarterly sales targets together with sales managers
 Analyze sales and identify performance gaps early and transparently, and drive corrective actions together with respective sales manager and KAM
 Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports

Sales Reps Management (Danone Japan outsources merchandisers to 2 agencies)
 Lead in-store activity KPI setting to be in-line with sales target measurements and track 82 sales reps’ performance 
 Support for route planning of sales reps by incorporating needs of internal and external parties
 Train sales reps for way of working and new category/ product basic knowledge

Business intelligence
 Manage SFA tools, Power BI, AI image recognition tool and TTM management system
 Standardize and consolidate various reports to only a few key reports

Shosha management
 Be single point of contact of Shosha (Mitsubishi, Itochu) 
 Track business performance and drive corrective actions 

Internal control
 Support sales related internal control process
 Lead corrective actions in sales

About you

CAPABILITY PROFILE – Required Background
Education background  
-  Possess a general bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and above

 

Technical Skills and Experiences required  
- Analytical skill (handling numbers with Excel)
- Summarize and presentation skill (Power Point)
- FMCG industry experience is preferred
- Sales experience is Must
- Trade marketing, sales back-office experience is plus
